There’s so much we are faced with each and every day. There are things beyond our control, like what’s happening around the world.
However, there are many things we CAN control! Sometimes these things are weighty, and we avoid doing them until we absolutely have to. In the meantime, the weight of that thing gets heavier.
How do we do these things we need to do, even though we’d much rather avoid them in hopes they go away?
I discussed this topic with my 17-year-old son and recorded part of it to share with you here.

Many of you know me as a journalist from the Tatum Report but I haven’t shared what I do outside of that.
I’d like to deepen our relationship because community is so important! It’s difficult to have that through the traditional social media platforms. Much easier to do here in our own little world 😊😊😊 Especially since I got shadow banned, I want to make sure we are primarily connected over here so we don’t lose each other.
I am a meditation expert, spiritual advisor and life coach and have been for nearly a decade. I’ve helped thousands of people deepen their relationship with The Almighty and adjust their lives to live in happiness and abundance! I was also pastor at a church and am still an ordained minister but I don’t do organized religion anymore.
That story is for another time, though!

If we really want things in the world to get better, we must first face ourselves and make the change. Michael Jackson has been telling us that since the ‘80s! 😆😆😆
And it’s so true! We must BE the example so that others will say, “What have they got that I don’t? Why are they so happy?”
Then they will ask you and you will be happy to help them!
